UNIFY Waco was founded to support local public safety agencies in building lasting, meaningful relationships between first responders and the Waco community. Its mission is to build lasting relationships between public safety agencies and the Waco community through innovative programs, intentional engagement, and impactful collaboration, fostering a culture of unity founded on trust, mutual respect, and strong partnerships to create a safer, more connected community for all.
UNIFY Waco is a registered nonprofit corporation and officially recognized public safety organization in the State of Texas. We are a federally recognized 501(c)(3) tax-exempt organization. All funds are managed in accordance with applicable state and federal nonprofit regulations. UNIFY Waco operates independently to support community engagement and outreach initiatives in partnership with local public safety agencies. Contributions to UNIFY Waco directly fund community-based programs and engagement efforts. No portion of any contribution is paid to or directed by a governmental entity or public safety agency.

Our vision is a community where public safety agencies and residents foster meaningful connections built on trust, respect, and collaboration. Through relational policing and engagement, we envision strong partnerships and thriving neighborhoods united by a shared commitment to unity.
