We are committed to complete transparency in how donations are used, ensuring every contribution makes a measurable impact.
Here’s how your contribution is allocated:
🔹 80% – Public Safety Events & Programs
UNIFY Waco serves as a silent partner, supporting local public safety agencies in hosting impactful community engagement programs and events. The majority of all donations (80%) go directly to these partner agencies to fund initiatives that build trust and strengthen relationships between first responders and residents. From youth mentorship and outreach efforts to holiday celebrations and neighborhood events, this portion ensures agencies have the resources needed to connect with the community in meaningful and lasting ways.
🔹 10% – UNIFY Sponsored Initiatives
Ten percent of donations are dedicated to UNIFY-led programs, initiatives where UNIFY Waco serves not as a silent partner, but as the lead organization. These include community-wide outreach events, leadership symposiums, and specialized engagement programs created and managed directly by UNIFY. This portion allows us to expand our mission-driven work and bring innovative new programs to life across the Waco area.
🔹 10% – Operational & Compliance Costs
The remaining ten percent covers essential operating costs that ensure UNIFY Waco functions effectively and remains compliant as a registered public safety nonprofit. This includes administrative and state filing fees, website hosting and maintenance, professional email services, and the initial costs associated with launching fundraising efforts for our supported agencies and events.

Contributions to UNIFY Waco directly fund community-based programs and engagement efforts. No portion of any contribution is paid to or directed by a governmental entity or public safety agency.
