Vendor Set Up
Vendor parking will be available in both parking lots at the Dewey Recreation Center and will be offered on a first-come, first-served basis. If both lots reach capacity, street parking will be available for both vendors and community members.

Vendor Meeting
The vendor meeting will provide an overview of important event-day details to ensure a smooth and successful experience. We will review the vendor hospitality area, introduce key vendor points of contact, and share any last-minute updates or reminders. This meeting is also an opportunity to ask questions, clarify expectations, and make sure all vendors feel prepared and supported. A fun raffle will be held exclusively for vendors in attendance, and you must be present to receive your prize.

Event Starts
The event is officially underway! Engage with attendees, showcase what you have to offer, and take time to enjoy the activities, music, and food throughout the day.

Event Ends
As we approach the end of the event, we ask that all vendors stay set up until the official closing time. This helps create a consistent and positive experience for all attendees and vendors. We look forward to seeing you all next year!
